It took me half a day of research, phone calls to Safeways and community centres, but I finally tracked down the Vancouver Entertainment discount book publisher's office location. It is unlisted, unadvertised and not available anywhere online. They must have some policy against any public presence. There is no sign of any kind visible even walking by on the sidewalk. But if you go to the Terra Breads (2380 W4th) but go around to the Cafe on the W 5th side, there is an East corner entrance to the building and you can see in tiny print the buzzer for #215 which is for Entertainment Publishing. I went upstairs to verify that its the right office, but they weren't open on Saturday, so I cant verify for certain whether they sell the books at this time. The contact that gave me the general location said that he had purchased books from there in the past. I was just surprised at how hard it was to find in an age with so many info sources, which is partly what drove my curiousity to track it down!
